Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, deodorant marks, human hair, or excessive pet hair will not be accepted.

  • Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at simplyjordyboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll provide store credit or, if available, a replacement. Variations in color or patterns due to photography or lighting are not considered defects.

How to Return

  1. Start a return by logging into your orders account and clicking on the "start a return" button. 
  2. Ensure items are in original condition, with tags attached, buttoned, and neatly folded.
  3. For shoes, include the original box or bag, placed inside an additional protective shipping box or bag. Returns without proper packaging may be denied.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Simply Jordy does not provide return labels.
  5. Once received, returns are processed within 5–10 business days, and you’ll receive an email with your e-gift card for store credit.

Important Notes

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • Multiple Orders: Each order is processed separately. We do not combine orders or refund multiple shipping fees.
  • Late Returns: Items returned after the 7-day window may be declined and sent back to you at no cost to Simply Jordy.
  • Order Modifications: Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified after checkout.
  • Shipping Responsibilities:Ensure your shipping address is correct.
